Extraction speed determines how much of your property survives a water loss. Our Water Extraction crews arrive with truck-mount units built to pull water fast, not just a shop-vac and a hope.

Extraction technique changes depending on the surface — hardwood, carpet pad, and concrete slab all hold and release water differently, so our crews adjust equipment and dwell time to the actual material, not a one-size approach.
None of this is unique to a big loss either — the same standard applies whether it's a single-room water extraction call or a larger one.
We built this list around what typically goes wrong when water extraction gets handled by a generalist rather than a specialist.
None of these standards are unique to us in theory, but they're worth confirming before you let anyone start water extraction work on your property.
Truck-mount power means faster removal on carpet, pad, and hard flooring alike.
We don't call extraction complete until the meter confirms it.
Local staging is the difference between a 20-minute wait and a two-hour one.
No surprise per-gallon charges — the quoted rate is the rate you pay.
Every piece of water extraction work below follows the same documentation standard, whether it's a small job or a larger one.
Truck-mount units remove standing water first, prioritized ahead of any secondary cleanup.
Specialized extraction wands lift water from between hardwood boards without forcing more moisture underneath.
We weigh carpet before and after extraction on larger jobs to confirm moisture removal.
We adjust extraction time and equipment placement based on how porous the slab surface is.
Furniture and upholstered items get assessed and extracted on-site when salvageable.
A final moisture meter pass confirms extraction actually reached target levels before we leave.
This is the same sequence every water extraction job follows, regardless of size.
A real person answers, asks a few fast questions, and routes the nearest available crew.
Crews staged locally get to your address quickly, equipment already loaded for Water Extraction work.
The assessment sets the whole plan, so we don't rush it even when the visible damage looks minor.
Work continues until the job meets our documented completion standard, verified before we call it done.

Nathaniel W., Saint Thomas"No surprise charges — the quote matched the invoice exactly."
Bianca H., Saint Thomas"The flat-rate quote held even though the job ran a little longer than expected."

Julian V., Saint ThomasIf your question about water extraction isn't covered here, call +1-844-578-1604 and we'll walk you through it directly.
Our water extraction coverage spans 65076, with trucks positioned to reach any address in the service area quickly.
Coverage extends past the immediate area, so an outlying Saint Thomas address isn't treated as a lower priority for water extraction.
